Jose F

Iose, known as Joe, was born in Western Samoa, but raised and schooled in Honolulu, Hawaii. Joe currently resides in Fort Worth Texas and is married to his beautiful wife of 8 years, Maureen. Joe has worked for Carroll Independent School district in Southlake, Texas for the last 12 years. He has been a strong role model to Intermediate level students through the physical education department. Joe has also worked with the youngsters in the Alternative Behavior Unit in Carroll ISD. Currently, Joe has the privilege of working with students with special needs as well as in the transportation department. Joe has a tender heart and enjoys working with children in any capacity.

Maureen F

Maureen has been in education for the last 10 years. Prior to earning her teaching certification, she had worked in the business world, but always knew doing something with children was her calling. Maureen has worked with 5th and 6th graders in the classroom all ten years, as well as middle school and high school level students through tutoring. Being a part of their education is something she considers a privilege and something she enjoys daily. Maureen and Joe have been married for almost eight years. She has two wonderful sons in college, with one soon to be married.
