Brenda K.

Brenda grew up in Savannah, Georgia until she was 21 when she moved to Napa Valley, California. During that time, she became a licensed Psychiatric Technician where she worked with kids ages 5-17. She then continued her career in law enforcement and became a police officer in Napa Valley and did this for 18 years until she retired. She then went to work at a residential treatment center for youth ages 12-17 as Director of Transportation. She escorted kids from all over the country from home to treatment centers and back home. She enjoyed working with the kids and did this for the last 15 years.

She loves working with kids and always feels like she makes a huge impact by showing kindness and respect. She has 3 grown daughters and 4 grandchildren. She loves riding her horses and going to the movies in her spare time. She lives by the motto “Be the change you want to see in the world.”
